The limited color palette allows for the focus areas, in red, to be the forefront of the information. The red, yellow, and orange colors stimulate a sense of importance and urgency of the information. The Doppler image of the hurricane in the background, with its circular motion, directs the eye to follow along with the four main points of the poster. Simple, engaging visuals were used to communicate information quickly and clearly.
